Our recently launched Cala Dining Chair features an open backrest and is a spin on the Malmo, one of our older designs with an upholstered back and our signature showwood frame.  

Both chairs have become a favourite among our clients, so it only made sense for us to expand our offering with stool versions of both designs. Stools have almost become a staple in pubs, clubs, and restaurants, and many homeowners are now incorporating them into their furniture setup, especially those with open-plan living spaces where casual dining at the kitchen counter is a common occurrence.

Both stools feature a low backrest which we find is gaining traction in hospitality establishments because it offers occupants a place to rest their arms while talking to the person next to them.
